update on beejee's '59 doca..

as seen on the pictures below, this is how the doublecab was found before rustoration..

after rebuilding it was sold to evam classis in holland, where Bertjan purchased it there again..

after some drifting in the snow...it got a fresh coat of paint, and know we're building it back together,

so it's will get it's tribute , when we are cruising to the volksworldshow in March 24-25 March..

latest updates on walters extreme doublecab...

"Fast" Walter made some progress again..well, he's making progress almost every day!Lachen

so let's take a look at the latest pictures..

the subaru engine is mounted, and Walter also found a spot tom mount the cooling system..the brakes are also almost ready, and look at the home made trailing arms, a new steeringbox is also mounted. The chassis is c-notched, so the doublecab can "lay frame"when the bags are empty..

not bad for a "BAD" split-bus! way to go Walter!!

brian's bus now narrowed and a bigger engine...

here some updated pics from Brian "topsun"s bus..it's now got a narrowed frontaxle,

a bigger and quicker engine is mounted, ansd it's also got a new vintage speed exhaust!

Walter is going fast! check out the progress on his subaru powered doublecab with the double wishbone frontsuspension,

and the tubbed wheelarches to make some space for the real wire wheels...
